Another Successful Celebration of Motherhood

The Villa Rosa Celebration of Motherhood Dinner was held Monday, May 9, 2011 at The Clarion Hotel, Winnipeg.
The evening was spectacular and a success on all levels - Villa Rosa’s profile was raised in the community, along with much-needed funds.

Over $40,000 was raised from the event and will be allocated to Villa Rosa to support young women to graduate and to the Villa Rosa Endowment Fund to support women in post secondary education.
One hundred and sixty guests enjoyed a great evening hosted by Lindor Reynolds complete with a silent auction, Rythym & Blues with Florence Ormasionwu and Frank Rizzuto, an Art Education presentation and an Introduction to Villa Rosa’s latest project - The Outdoor Teaching Garden.
A delicious menu comprising of Tomato Basil Soup, California Salad, Filet Mignon, Wild Rice, Asparagus and Italian Gelato was enjoyed by all.

Villa Rosa and our Title Sponsor, the Paletta Family, would like you to join us for a very special evening at the Clarion Hotel. Last year, the Celebration of Motherhood Dinner was a huge success. Tickets sold out several weeks before the dinner, everyone had a great time and over $40,000 was raised. This year we are giving you the opportunity to purchase tickets early so you don’t miss out on what promises to be another great event.

Corporate tables of 8 are $1200 per table.
Individual tickets are $150 per person.

May 7, 2009 marked the 2nd Annual Villa Rosa Celebration of Motherhood Dinner at the Clarion Hotel. A crowd of over 200 guests enjoyed a scrumptious prime rib dinner accompanied by live jazz music and a Silent Auction with numerous great prizes.
Lindor Reynolds hosted this fun-filled evening which raised over $51,000. Funds raised from this event support young single mothers to stay in school and receive scholarships for post secondary education. See pictures of the event here.
