May 8, 2008 marked the inaugural Villa Rosa Celebration of Motherhood dinner at The Clarion Hotel, Winnipeg. A sold out crowd of 275 guests enjoyed a champagne reception, silent auction and live jazz music accompanying a scrumptious prime rib dinner.

Lindor Reynolds hosted this fun filled evening which raised over $40,000.00. Funds raised from this important event support young single mothers to stay in school and receive scholarships for post secondary education.
